Natural Skincare by Sidra Shaukat at lulu.com Make your own face masks
When we think of a spa, the first thing we think of is the face and body covered with a green mud mask. Mud is fantastic for drawn out impurities from the skin to leave it glowing. A shower afterwards, as cold as you can bear, does wonders for the circulation.
I make a green clay and turmeric mask (turmeric is the yellow spice used in curries that is a great cleanser) by mixing one heaped tablespoon of green clay with 1 teaspoon of turmeric and mixing in live yoghurt or water if you prefer to make it a thick paste. If you have dry skin, you may want to add a little almond oil as required. This is enough for the face, make larger amounts for the body.
For oily skins, make a clay mask by mixing 1 whisked egg white with 1 tablespoon of fuller’s earth (from chemists). Add a few drops of peppermint oil. Leave to dry and rinse with lukewarm water.
For dry skins, whisk 1 egg white, mix with 1 teaspoon of honey. Put on with a pastry brush and leave for 10 minutes. Wash off with cold water. The egg white gives this mask it’s firming effect.
Your bath could be the equivalent of the spa bath for it’s treatment properties. Cleopatra bathed in ass’s milk to maintain her beauty, you can do the same too! Instead of ass’s milk, you can add 1/4 pint of milk to the running water, or try 2 tablespoons of dried milk for the same effect. For added indulgence, a few drops of coconut essence will give the bath a tropical feel or try a few drops of coconut essence.
You can even create the effect of being in a thermal mud bath, as they do in Iceland, known for it’s therapeutic effects, but just adding two or three tablespoons of green clay or fuller’s earth to the running warm water. Soak for as long as you can for maximum benefit.
Sink into a warm bath scented with essential oils such as ylang-ylang, patchouli or rosemary(to clear the head) and lavendar, rose or camomile(to relax and soothe). Make sure the water is not too hot, as this overstimulates the nervous system and reduces the oils therapeutic powers. To make this indulgent soak extra special, put on some soft, soothing music, dim the lights in the bathroom and relax.

Fight Your Forehead Line With The Correct Products
The forehead line can be one of the most notable marks that you suffer as your skin begins to age. These lines in your skin can be particularly deep, wide, and noticeable, especially in men. The current fashion in men’s hairdos does not give them the opportunity to be able to mask these lines with bangs, which many women suffering from these lines use as a cover.
Most of the time the severity of these wrinkles is already set for you by your genetic code, because if your mother, father, or both suffered from severe forehead wrinkling, then it is more than likely that there is no way that you are going to be able to avoid them. The only way that you will be able to treat these unsightly wrinkles is through the replenishment of your lost collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
The problem is though, that there is really not any formula being made available by a well known company that will effectively eliminate a line on forehead. What most of the formulas that these companies continue to push on the public are those that promise to increase the amount of firming tissue that is in the skin, by introducing these very tissues through the topical application of an anti aging skin care formula.
Anyone who has ever tried one of these products however, can attest that they simply don’t give you the kind of results that you would expect. Few people if any see results that last longer than a few hours at a time, and then quickly dissipate. This effect is mostly caused by the inclusion of astringents in the formula, because there is no way that the tissue compounds are causing it.
I make that statement with confidence; because there is no possibility of success in erasing a single <a target=”_blank” href=”http://www.your-best-skin-care-site.com/”>forehead line </a> using a product that contains what they claim is the proteins and disaccharide polymer that form the tissues in our skin. These compounds are too molecularly dense for the skin to be able to absorb them, and are therefore useless as wrinkle reducing compounds.
Some companies will try to fool their customers into buying these formulas by stressing the fact that they have rendered these compounds bio-available, but the truth is that they are insoluble and cannot be made thinner. What you need in order to alter your appearance is a set of natural compounds that are readily absorbable by your skin. Compounds such as Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame are the answer.
Cynergy TK is a combination of proteins and enzymes that will fill in a line on forehead by greatly increasing the number of collagen and elastin molecules the body is manufacturing. Phytessence Wakame is an extract derived from kelp that raises the level of the hyaluronic acid in your skin by simply hindering the activity of the enzyme group that causes the acid to degrade.
You will find that no forehead line is a match for Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame, as they are capable of eliminating wrinkles no matter how severe.

The popular antioxidant that definitely helps you on how to remove facial wrinkles is the NanoLipoBelle CoEnzymeQ10. Here’s an article on birth control for acne treatment: http://www.acnetreatment.org/birth-control.html – hope it helps!Oral contraceptives are not used as a first line of defense against acne. They are often prescribed after other treatment options have been tried, or if a woman needs a form of birth control anyway. For best results, oral contraceptives are used in conjunction with other acne treatments, such as topical retinoids, or benzoyl peroxide. When started within 6 days of the start of a period, The Pill is effective immediately. If the Pill is started at other times, it will be effective after one month. Bear in mind, the pill only keeps you safe from pregnancy, not STDs!

Anti Aging Skin Care – Any Long-Term Effect On Wrinkles?
The most important factor when buying anti aging skin care products is how it is going to work in the long term.
Most anti wrinkle products work on the surface of the skin to smooth it and make it look tighter. The best products to are the ones that work from the inside out, smoothing the skin and preventing new wrinkles from forming.
Aurora Lillo Editor of the “Best Anti Aging Products” website — — pointed out;
Does anyone know what causes wrinkles?
“…There can be many factors that contribute to wrinkles. One cause is sun exposure from tanning. Doctors advise people to stay out of the sun and wear SPF protection. The UV rays are invisible rays of light that penetrate the skin and cause damage to the fibers in your skin called elastin. This elastin is what gives the skin its firm appearance. It is what gives the skin elasticity. When this fiber breaks down it causes the skin to become less elastic and prone to sagging…”
Most over the counter wrinkle creams merely moisturize the dry skin making it appear smoother. The best anti aging skin care products do more than just soften the skin. A good product will work from the inside out to strengthen the fibers under the skin as well as smooth out the surface. Many good products on the market now contain antioxidants and nutrients that work under the skin to repair the damage done by sun exposure and normal aging.
“…The long term effect of using these products is that they strengthen the supporting tissues and repair cell damage to allow new cells to be regenerated. It is not just about smoothing the skin, but actually repairing the skin and preventing new wrinkles from forming. Most creams and topical applications cannot penetrate far enough the reach the supporting structures. A good nutritional program coupled with your anti aging skin care product should yield the most benefits. Nutrition is an important part of having good skin. What you put inside your body is just as important as what you put on it…” added A. Lillo.

Parabens Presents No Undesirable Hormonal Effect
Use of Parabens as preservatives was drastically revised after receiving considerably awful press in the last few years, having a great impact for some companies eliminating them from their formulations and presenting ‘free from parabens’ products; however, industry has long protecting their use saying they are an inexpensive and effective preservative solution and there is no scientific foundation for alarm.
And according to the latest study conducted for the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) for additional data on the longer parabens, propyl- and butylparaben, in the response to the research that claimed the frequently used preservatives may have an effect on the reproductive and hormonal systems of the body.
Florian Schellauf from industry trade body Colipa introduced the results from a recent study on rats at a conference organised by the Scandinavian Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCANCOS) in Sweden.
Information and the results presented at the SCANCOS conference show that parabens are well absorbed after oral administration but only to some extent absorbed after dermal exposure. In addition, the data suggests that the compounds are fully metabolised before they enter the blood stream.
Blood plasma examination highlighted only the occurrence of a paraben metabolite PHBA (p-hydroxybenzoic acid) and no concentrations of the parabens themselves, no matter which paraben was used and how it was applied (oral, dermal or subcutaneous).
In conclusion Schellauf stated that “PHBA is not known to have any estrogenic special effects and is found extensively in plants and human food, so trace exposure in the human organism cause no health risk.”
“The study confirms the results of a number of research studies, which concluded from their work that are metabolised rapidly and to a large extent in living organisms and therefore cannot exhibit any adverse effects,” said industry trade body Colipa.
According to Maria Lodén founder of Sweden-based consulting firm Eviderm and a member of SCANCOS, a decision from the SCCS can’t come soon enough.
“My interpretation of the current data is that, in addition to methyl- and ethylparaben, also propyl- and butylparaben will represent the safest option for preserving cosmetics in the future,” – she said.
“The society anxiously awaits the final SCCS report on the issue to reduce dissemination of misleading information on parabens,” – Lodén added.
Find out why have such a terrible reputation and do they really present any kind of undesirable side effects on the reproductive or hormonal systems of the human body. Article Source:
